This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which The Agency Security Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides refunds for services purchased through our website or via direct agreements. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Nature of Services

Our services include executive protection, secure transportation, investigation services, and event security. These services require advance planning, resource allocation, and personnel deployment.

3. No Refund After Service Commencement

Once any service has started, no refunds will be issued. This includes operational planning, deployment of personnel, or active assignments.

4. Cancellation Policy
  • More than 7 days before service start: Up to 80% refund (excluding administrative fees)
  • 3–7 days before service start: Up to 50% refund
  • Less than 72 hours before service start: No refund
5. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Consultation fees
  • Risk assessment and planning costs
  • Administrative or onboarding fees
  • Third-party expenses already incurred
6. Contract-Based Services

For clients under formal agreements, refund terms will be governed by the signed contract. In case of any conflict, contract terms will prevail.

7. Failure to Provide Service

If we are unable to deliver services due to reasons within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued, or the service may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

8. Client Responsibility

No refunds will be issued if service disruption is caused due to incorrect information, lack of cooperation, or failure to follow required procedures by the client.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government actions, or emergencies. In such cases, rescheduling may be offered.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.
